About Me
Junhai Luo (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in computer science and appliance from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2003, the M.S. degree in computer appliance technology from the Chengdu University of Technology, Chengdu, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2009. He was a Visiting Scholar at McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada, and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA, where he was promoted to an Associate Professor in 2011. His research interests and articles are mostly in target detection and information fusion. Dr. Luo is a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF).
